The planned agency program is for agencies, umbrella organizations, and resellers. Public agency enrollment and account creation are not open while launch verification is in progress. The executable policy sets a standard $200/site/month wholesale price, no agency or per-site setup fees, no agency trial, and a four-month initial term for each activated site. Confirmed payment, not agreement review alone, activates a site.
The agency sets and collects its client price. ClickRadius bills the agency at the accepted per-site wholesale price after the site passes the required score, scope, acceptance, and confirmed-payment gates.
Implemented client portals and reports use the agency's approved brand and support context. ClickRadius identity and confidential wholesale terms remain outside those client-facing surfaces.
The agency remains the merchant and first-line support owner for its clients; ClickRadius does not promise a dedicated manager or direct end-client support.
